Mr. Morris James Thompson, 60, of Keystone Heights died suddenly
Jan. 5th at his residence. Mr. Thompson was born in Jacksonville on
Feb. 8, 1947 and moved to Keystone Heights in 1966 where he attended
the Keystone Heights Am-Vets post. Mr. Thompson served in the U.S.
Navy and was employed by the Malcolm Randall V.A. Medical Center in
Gainesville for over 30 years as a Nuclear Medicine Radiology
Technician.
Mr. Thompson is survived by his daughters: Kerry Thompson of
Jacksonville & Doni Luffman of Ocala; Grandchildren: Kylee & Shelby
Luffman.
Memorial services will be held at 2p.m. on Fri. Jan. 11th in the
DeWitt C. Jones Chapel with Pastor Mike Merritt officiating.
